Getting the size right (the part everyone fights with)
Most youth wrist coaches take an insert around 4.5 by 2.5 inches for the standard three-window style, and smaller youth models run closer to 3.5 by 2.25. Keep it to twelve plays. Number runs 1 through 6 and passes 7 through 12, or group by formation so the same column is always the same look.
